Device Error: Reconnect Device

If you encounter single or multiple device errors (as shown in the image below), there are steps that you can take to help fix the problem and ensure your devices are working correctly.

If devices are simply not appearing in the list, please take the time to read this article, Help Connecting Devices.

Steps:

1. Unplug your device and plug it back in.

2. Reset the Device.

3. Erase the Device.

4. White List the SPT Bridge application.

5. Ensure you are

  • Running the most up to date version of the SPT Bridge (link).
  • Using the SPT Charge Dock
  • Using the individual USB 2.0 cable provided with the SPT device
