Why can't I see my GPS on my computer?

There are a few reasons why your SPT device may not be appearing on your computer. Firstly, you will need to install the SPT Bridge to download performances off your SPT device.

If the SPT Bridge has been installed yet you can still not see your device, it could be due to:

  1. The USB cord being used is the incorrect cord.
    1. Solution: Please use the USB cord provided with the device, as the cord must enable data transfer i.e. USB 2.0 cable. 
  2. The device is not correctly inserted into the SPT Charge Dock
    1. Solution: ensure that the Charge Dock is turned on and that the device's battery light is flashing or solid blue. 
  3. The SPT Bridge downloaded is not the correct SPT Bridge
    1. Solution: please ensure that you have downloaded the correct SPT Bridge based on your device. This is the SPT 2 Bridge and this is the Mac SPT 1 Bridge and Windows SPT 1 Bridge
