My device wont turn on, what do I do?

Firstly, please ensure the device has been charged the night before your performance, and that the device has been erased through Bridge. The device is fully charged when the battery light is SOLID BLUE. 

If the device does not turn on, please try performing a hard reset.

Note: A device that has a dead battery may take around 5 minutes on charge in order to start showing the battery light.
