      Error Code 1- Bridge cant communicate with your SPT GPS

      Bridge can't communicate with your SPT GPS, please try these solutions:

      • Try another USB port
      • Try another USB cord 
      • Make sure there are no obstructions inside of the device port 

      Do you have USB drivers installed? 

      Installing the drivers manually:

      Download the following link and install the driver on your machine using the instructions below (link)

      This error can also occur if the USB drivers for your computer are not properly installed. We've written an article explaining how to manually install the USB drivers.
