      Windows 10 Alternative Driver Fix

      Some Windows 10 devices are experiencing issues when downloading performance data via the Bridge. 

      If this is the case and you have been directed to this page, please follow these steps:

      Step 1 - Please uninstall the SPT Bridge from your machine. 

      Step 2 - Click on the below logo to commence package installation and follow the prompts.
