Why won't a device show up in my Bridge?

  • Ensure the device is securely connected either by a port in the charge dock or via the working micro USB cable that came with your device. (attached imaged below)

  • Try another USB port if your device is not appearing.
  • Ensure you are using Windows 10 or Mac High Sierra and above for SPT Bridge.
