Why won't a device show up in my Bridge?
- Ensure the device is securely connected either by a port in the charge dock or via the working micro USB cable that came with your device. (attached imaged below)
SPT 2 Charging Cable Charging Dock Cable - Try another USB port if your device is not appearing.
- Ensure you are using Windows 10 or Mac High Sierra and above for SPT Bridge.
