WHAT IS THE RETURN POLICY?
SPT only offers returns if the items you purchased are faulty and are not working as they are intended to.

We do not offer refunds if you simply changed your mind after making your purchase.

If you receive item(s) that are faulty out of the box, damaged or does not match the description on our site, please contact us immediately at info@sptgps.com and we will work with you to rectify the issue.

WHAT IS THE RETURN PROCESS?


Simply contact us at info@sptgps.com to begin the returns process & our product specialists will guide you through the process.

SPT will issue you with a RMA number and an RMA FORM for you to complete. (The RMA form is compulsory for all items being returned so we have all records of the return)

Please complete the RMA form provided and send the item(s) back to us at Level 2, 627 Chapel St, South Yarra, Victoria, Australia, 3141 with the completed RMA form. Postage/Freight costs associated with your return are at your expense.

On receipt of the returned item(s), SPT will assess your products and determine whether a refund, repair & return or replacement is appropriate for your situation..
