My device is not connected to the Live Data GameTraka App?

Firstly ensure you have put the devices serial number, located on the back of the device, into the 'device management' settings. Your serial number will begin with 'SPT 0'.

Ensure you have your Bluetooth turned ON, and that the device is in range when initially connecting. 

The device needs to display a GREEN middle light before the device will begin displaying live data. the green middle light indicates the device is connected to satellites and is now recording.
