Interval Controls

Within the Individual Intervals graph (where you would complete individual athlete segments and trims), users also have the opportunity to tailor the metric that is displayed. 


The metrics you can choose from include:

- Distance Zones

- Hard Running & Sprint Distance

- Heart Rate Zones

- 2D & 3D Load

- Top Speed

- Average & Maximum Heart Rate

- Efficiency Index

This functionality allows for deeper insights into events, no longer ate users limited to distance but they can select from a range of metrics for varying insights. The metric that you view on the intervals timeline will be closely linked to your specific use case.
