      Individual Settings

      This page shows how to access individual profile settings.

      To access your individual profile settings (as a manager or athlete), navigate to the top right hand corner of the screen (on any view) and click the button with your name on it.

      Then click profile and you will be presented with your individual settings page (seen below).

      You can now edit settings relating to your personal details.
