How to transfer to another Team and replace another set of players?

• Retire all athletes in the team, which can be done by the process outlined in this article: Retire a Player in your Team
• Once all athletes are retired, rename your team in the team settings page
• Add new athletes to the team thru this article:
  Join a Team.
