Error Code 43- Bridge cannot detect USB drivers loaded on your Mac

Bridge cannot detect USB drivers loaded on your Mac. Only happens due to the following:

  • Running Bridge on Mac
  • Using an SPT1 device
  • SPT1 device is plugged but not turned on
  • Entered the wrong password

Making sure you entered the correct password:

The password asked for the device to load is the password you used to login to your MAC. Not the password you use for GameTraka.

Make sure to turn on the device, before restarting:

The Bridge detected that the USB drivers are installed, but not loaded. USB drivers re-load when you restart and have the device turned on and plugged in.

Unblock the software if the system security policy has blocked it:

This is done by launching the System Preferences application (/Applications/System Preferences.app), navigating to the ‘Security & Privacy’ pane, and in the ‘General’ tab. You can then unlock changes by clicking the lock icon on left bottom and click ‘Allow’:
