How long does delivery take?

Once payment has been received, your order will be entered into our warehousing system for processing. 

Dispatch
Orders are processed as soon as possible, usually within one to two business days. Order processing may take longer in exceptional cases, but every effort will be made to complete and dispatch your order as soon as possible. 

Delivery
Once your order has been processed and dispatched, the delivery times, subject to your location, are approximately as follows:

• Orders within Australia - between 2 - 5 days
• Orders within the USA - between 3 - 7 days
• Outside US and Australia - between 5 - 14 days 

Express Delivery

This typically takes between 1-3 days for delivery, depending on your location within the country.
