Total distance is the total distance you have travelled during the performance.
Hard Running distance travelled at a velocity of 4.5m/s or greater
Top speed is the highest velocity that you reached in your performance.
Total time is the total time of the performance (be sure to trim out any part of the performance that is not needed. Eg. Half time)
Key performance indicators:
Sprint efforts is the number of times your speed was above 4.5 meters per second for longer than 1 second.
Work Rate total distance travelled during each minute of the performance. Eg Meters Per Minute (m/min)
Impacts The count of medium (5g to 8g) and heavy (8g +) impacts measured by the device during the performance. This requires the new SPT unit as it is measured with the accelerometer.
Intensity SPT's accumulative algorithm which factors frequency, magnitude and length of high velocity movements throughout the performance.
2D Load a sum of the total horizontal forces your body experiences during activity (think of these as 'Load Units').
3D Load a sum of the total horizontal and vertical forces your body experiences during activity (think of these as 'Load Units').
