Details page explained

The Athlete Performance Dashboard page is a detailed breakdown of a single performance.

This shows you a high level summary of your performance, including two categories of statistics: Running Stats and Key Performance Indicators. Mousing over each statistic will display a brief description of how it is calculated. This includes the new 2D & 3D Load statistic, only available to users with the SPT2 GPS.

One and Five Minute Intervals

This section allows you to assess the distance covered during performances in either 1 or 5 minute intervals. The display will also allow you to view the distances covered in each of walking, jogging, running and sprinting thresholds. It's useful to identify specific times during your performances where the physical demands were higher, such as the last 5 minutes of a close game or matches that are played on larger pitches.

You can switch between one and five minute intervals with the toggle on the top right. Beneath the graph in the key it also shows the total distance traveled in each of walk, jog, run and sprint.

The heatmap allows coaches and athletes to see the volume of time spent in particular areas of the field. The more dense the red shading is, the more time you spent there. You are then able to drill down further in to your positional data by toggling on/off thresholds. For example by clicking on 'Jog' you will then be able to view only Walk, Run & Sprint (video below demonstrates this further).

By default the heatmap is in the Speed view, allowing you to turn on and off your walk, jog, run and sprint to concentrate on the thresholds you deem as important. You can also switch to the classic 'Zones' view with the toggle in the top-right corner, allowing you to view when you were travelling in each speed zone.

These are the speed values for each of the zones:

  metres/second km/hour
Zone1 0 - 2  0 - 7
Zone2 2 - 3 7 - 11
Zone3 3 - 4 11 - 14
Zone4 4 - 5 14 - 18
Zone5 5 - 6 18 - 22
Zone6 6+ 22+
